IT and security maintenance contracts for CCTV, Wi-Fi and networks
One maintenance arrangement across the whole installed estate — cameras, wireless, switches, cabling and the phone system — instead of a separate conversation for each part of it.
Most sites we are called to have several systems from several suppliers, and no single party responsible for the condition of any of them. A combined contract puts the periodic checks, the fault attendance and the reporting for all of them in one scope, with one number to call.

What's included
What our maintenance & amc service covers
Everything below is part of the scope we agree in writing before work starts.
Scheduled preventative visits
A planned visit cycle that covers the systems in scope on the same trip — surveillance, wireless, switching, cabinets and the phone system — rather than a separate visit for each.
Network and switch checks
Switch and cabinet condition, port and link status, temperature and cooling, power arrangement, and the state of patching and labelling.
Wi-Fi coverage checks
Access point condition and mounting, channel and interference review, and coverage re-checked in the areas that matter after layout or occupancy changes.
CCTV condition checks
Camera views, cleaning, recording and retention verified by playback, and recorder and disk health — coordinated with our specialist CCTV maintenance scope where a system needs it.
Fault attendance
Diagnosis and repair between visits, with cabling, connector, power and configuration faults corrected on site where possible.
Visit reporting and planning
A written record of what was checked and corrected, plus anything that should be budgeted for — so the condition of the estate is documented rather than remembered.
Who it's for
Sites we do this work on
If your situation is not listed, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it is work we do.
- Offices and businesses running CCTV, Wi-Fi and networking from different suppliers
- Multi-site operators who want one standard checked at every branch
- Hotels, clinics and schools where downtime is immediately visible to users
- Warehouses and factories with external cameras and hard-worked wireless
- Owners of installations that have never been serviced since handover
- Businesses that would rather budget maintenance than emergency repairs
Planning & design
What we work out before quoting
These are the decisions that determine whether the finished system is useful or merely installed.
- What actually goes in scope
- We list the systems, locations and equipment covered, so both sides know what the contract includes and what is chargeable additional work.
- Visit frequency
- Frequency follows the environment and how much the site depends on the system, not a single fixed rule for every building.
- Condition at the start
- Systems installed by others begin with a condition assessment, so pre-existing faults are recorded before we take responsibility for the estate.
- Consumables and replacements
- Disks, batteries, failed access points and damaged cabling are consumables. Replacement parts and equipment are quoted separately from the visit scope.
- Who we contact on site
- Maintenance works better when more than one person on site knows how to raise a fault and what the system is meant to do.
- Contract or ad-hoc
- Individual call-outs suit small installations; a contract suits anyone who needs the periodic checks to happen without chasing them.
How it works
Our implementation process
The same order every time, so you always know what stage the project is at.
- 01
Estate review
We list what is installed across the site or sites and report its real condition.
- 02
Scope agreement
Systems covered, visit frequency and what falls outside as chargeable work — agreed in writing.
- 03
Scheduled visits
Planned preventative visits carried out on cycle across the systems in scope.
- 04
Corrections
Cleaning, re-aiming, tightening, settings and minor repairs handled during the visit.
- 05
Reporting
A visit record with findings and anything to plan for.
- 06
Fault response
Attendance between visits when something fails.
Afterwards
Maintenance and support
Installation is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering CCTV, Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
- One-off service, repair and troubleshooting visits
- Takeover and rehabilitation of neglected installations
- Disk, access point and hardware replacement, quoted separately
- Upgrades and extensions to systems that are otherwise sound
Questions
Frequently asked
- How is this different from your CCTV maintenance service?
- CCTV maintenance covers surveillance systems in depth on their own. This contract is for sites that also want wireless, switching, cabling and the phone system checked under one scope and one visit cycle.
- Can you maintain systems installed by another company?
- Yes, after a condition assessment. That assessment records what is already wrong before the contract starts, which protects both sides.
- What is not included in an AMC?
- Replacement parts, new equipment, additional coverage and works outside the agreed systems and locations are quoted separately. The written scope for your site sets out exactly what the visits cover.
- Do you cover more than one location?
- Yes. Multi-site scopes are common, and the same checks and reporting format are applied at each location so branches can be compared.

CCTV Maintenance & AMC
A CCTV system quietly stops being useful long before anyone notices. Maintenance exists so that the day you need footage, the footage is there.

We plan and install Wi-Fi for offices, hotels, warehouses and factories in Colombo and across Sri Lanka, so coverage holds up where people actually work — including the warehouse aisle, the far meeting room and the floor where everyone connects at once.

Structured cabling is the designed version of data cabling: one planned system serving the whole building, documented so anyone can work on it afterwards. We design and install it for offices, hotels and industrial buildings in Colombo and across Sri Lanka.
