- Can TKWIT work with a head office or procurement team outside Sri Lanka?
- Yes. Many of our projects are instructed from abroad. We scope, quote, install and report in English, and work with whoever is coordinating the project — head-office IT, procurement or a project manager.
- Can you scope a Sri Lanka office project before our team arrives?
- Yes. With the building or address, floor plans or drawings, headcount and the systems you need, we can prepare an initial scope and indicative budget, then confirm it with a local site survey.
- Can TKWIT coordinate with our fit-out contractor and building management?
- Yes. We plan installations around building-management approvals, access hours and agreed containment routes, and coordinate directly with the fit-out contractor on site.
- Can you install network cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and IP PABX as one project?
- Yes. One local team covers structured cabling, switching, enterprise Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and IP PABX telephony, so you have a single point of contact for the whole technology scope.
- Do you provide internet or leased lines directly?
- No. TKWIT is not a telecommunications carrier. We can coordinate suitable dedicated internet or leased-line services through established Sri Lankan network operators and handle the technical delivery into your office.
- What should we send for an initial quotation?
- The building or address, drawings or a floor plan, headcount per area, the systems required, your target date, and your head-office technical standards if you have them.
