Connectivity is usually the longest lead item, so it should be scoped as soon as the address is known. Cabling follows the seating plan, so it depends on the fit-out layout. Network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and telephony then land on top of the cabling, and all of them need the comms room to be ready.

If the project is being run by a manager outside Sri Lanka, the practical working method is simple: we scope remotely from the drawings, survey the site once access is available, confirm the scope in writing, then install and report with photographs as the work proceeds. Decisions that need a physical check are flagged early rather than at handover.

- Yes. We coordinate directly with building management and the fit-out contractor on approvals, containment routes and access hours in local working hours.
