A modern tower fit-out involves several technology systems arriving at once — cabling, network, CCTV, access control, telephony, meeting-room AV and building services interfaces. When each is procured separately, the gaps between them tend to surface in the last week before occupancy.
TKWIT plans and delivers that layer as one scope: comms and server room build, power and rack layout, containment coordination with the fit-out contractor, integration between security and building technology where the equipment supports it, and a documented handover the building management and your IT team can both use.
We work inside your premises and coordinate with building management on access, working hours and shaft or riser use. We make no claims about zone approvals, licences or authority status.
